Rachel is a compassionate and skilled mental health therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through the healing process of trauma. With a focus on individuals aged 15 and up, Rachel specializes in helping clients navigate and overcome the lasting impacts of traumatic experiences, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for growth and recovery.
 
As a licensed master social worker (LMSW), Rachel utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), tailored to the unique needs of each client. Rachel works collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying effects of trauma, build coping skills, and foster emotional resilience.
 
Rachel has extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma, including abuse, loss, neglect, and interpersonal violence. With a trauma-informed approach, Rachel prioritizes creating a trusting relationship, empowering clients to reclaim their sense of control and strength.
 
Whether you're struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of a traumatic event, Rachel is dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Rachel is also a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish)
